New roof project based in Rotherham, complete removal of existing roof material
Scaffolding was erected at the start of the roof project around your property to meet health and safety regulations. All existing roof coverings were stripped off PDC roofing then covered the roof space with breathable felt.We then batten the roof, fixing on every rafter with galvanized nails.
Then we tiled the roof in the slate. Dry hips were used which offer a very clean finish rather than using mortar. On a daily basis all rubbish was dispose of, keeping the property tidy.
